I tried it and used it as a patty in my burger. Wouldn't recommend doing that but the Kohlrabi was great
Kohlrabi grows about 30 cm high and has a light green or purple color. Its coloring is the product of the acidity of the soil and the variety. For consumption, kohlrabi is suitable neither the flowers nor the leaves, but the thickened main stems, which the plant forms above ground.
