Chinese cabbage can grow up to 50-60 cm high and weigh up to 2 kg. It also has slightly curly, yellow-green to green leaves with a white stalk. Its leaves including the stalk are suitable for consumption. Chinese cabbage is very rich in vitamins and is a significant source of vitamin C, especially in the winter months.
