Beautiful broccoli, was very fresh when it arrived. Just as it's supposed to be!
Broccoli is a close relative of cauliflower. Likewise, with this type of cabbage, it is not the leaves that are suitable for consumption, but also the still closed inflorescences - the so-called florets.
